Returns Policy

NextEvo Naturals is committed to our customer's satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. If you would like to set up a return, please contact our customer experience team at info@nextevo.com.

Please note that all purchases of NextEvo Naturals products made at a retail location must be returned to the place of purchase. NextEvo Naturals is not able to accept returns and/or refund customers who attempt to return a retail purchase through our website.

For one-time purchases:

For items not discounted, we will provide a 30 day refund on only non-opened products. We will exchange only for opened or damaged items up to 30 days. All sales on discounted items are final.

For subscription purchases:

NextEvo Naturals provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership.  All subscriptions are subject to a minimum of 2 orders prior to termination. We produce small batches and require accurate forecasting for production at local facilities and we are offering a substantial discount to our subscribers because they are willing to guarantee their order frequency. 

All sales on discounted merchandise are final. (Refunds are only granted in limited circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on any discounted orders including any introductory promotion (i.e., 50% off your first month).

If you wish to cancel your subscription membership, please allow us 21 days notice prior to your next billing date to process the cancellation. We will only exchange if product is opened or damaged.

To cancel: Log into your account, then click on 'Manage Subscriptions' under Account Details after the first two obligatory orders. Scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Cancel Subscription'. You can also give notice by filling out the form located on the returns page, here. Please include your name and order number if available.


To start a return, fill out the form on the returns page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
